Chapter 22: [Meeting With Queen Elizabeth III and Head-Gener

[Usato's Mansion]

As Alfred the butler was giving his own thoughts to the gang the person in question, Ryuuji Usato is in his late mother's room contemplating the past he has with his own mother

"Mother.... I'm home!" He whispered

As he held the only framed picture he has of his mother sitting on a chair hugging his younger self

As he stared at it, he felt pain in his heart again after remembering the sweet past that he spend his time with his mother while she's still alive

Gripping the picture he hugged it and endured the urge to cry for his mother

After a few minutes of silence Ryuuji puts the picture down and headed down to find the others

When he arrived at the living room  he found that all the people in there were staring at him with some kind of pitying gaze

"Wha... What?!" He asked startled

"Oh nothing! I was just thinking maybe somehow this kind of gaze is appropriate for this kind of situation" said Jinwoo

"Wha.. what are you saying all of the sudden?" Asks Ryuuji still startled

"Just let us look at you like this for a moment!" Said Ai smiling

"Whatever! Well just have to stay here today and tomorrow we can head out to Buckingham palace" said Ryuuji

"Exactly and after that it will be based on the decision of the higher-ups" added Sanaguchi

As Ryuuji said that he left the room leaving the group to think how they will spend the whole day in this mansion

As afternoon fall Kanzaki was practicing his sword techniques by applying Mana to his sword Fafnir and also this is for him to be able to use Fafnir's ability to the best that he can

Hah!... Hah!.... Hah!....

As he keeps swinging his sword Fafnir's he also kept the Mana stable, while Isabelle herself is training the efficient way for a supporter to support their users with Jessica and Ai

"You miss this one" warned Ai

"You better remember this things" added Jessica

"Yes senpai!" Replied Isabelle

As the three were conversing Isabelle has been calling them senpai for she is the newest member of the dormitory

"Hah! It feels good to be called senpai" said Jessica

"I know right! Now I know why Jinwoo is adamant at calling senpai" realized Ai

"Yeah! Yeah!" Agreed Jessica

While the three girls are on their own conversation themselves Jinwoo is backyard exercising, he's doing push ups, sitting, sprinting, sit-ups and benches all of that so he can be strong without using his ability

*Gasping for air*

"Increasing your own endurance is a tough work after all" he murmured while wiping his sweat with a hand towel"

As he said this he continued to exercise, as he did this sanaguchi was arranging documents for his return all also all document

While everybody was busy on their own stuff to do, Ryuuji is in his underground training facility fighting virtual chaos beings with a goal to someday overpower them with pure strength alone

As they did this night came and all are their fill during the supper and goes to spend the remaining time they had in their own rooms or somewhere else

As kanzaki looks at the bright dark sky and staring at the stars  Jinwoo approached him

"It feels quite and the breeze is so cold" said Kanzaki

"Well their some explanations for that tho... Like the one obvious fact that were in England where climate is really different than ours" explained Jinwoo

"That may be the case" added kanzaki

"Well there is also a fact that the overall population of the planet drastically decrease because of the catastrophe" pointed out Jinwoo

"That's horrible but maybe true" contemplated Kanzaki

As they conversed that again looked back at the stars

"Do you think that before we will all die... The war against the chaos being will end?" Asks Kanzaki

As he asks this Jinwoo stared at him

"Why would you asks that? Don't you have anything else to ask?" Asks back Jinwoo

After looking at jinwoo's expression Kanzaki corrected him

"It's not what you think" he said

"It just that I want to return to a place where I can see the stars at night" he added

After receiving kanzaki's answer Jinwoo nodded at his words thinking that whatever he thought would be nice if it comes true

"That would be nice... But first we need to think of getting stronger while surviving" pointed out Jinwoo

"Your right" agreed Kanzaki

Meanwhile another type of conversation was occuring elsewhere but this time it is over the phone

Sanaguchi was currently over the phone with Oliver on the other side of the line

"So what do you think?" Asks Sanaguchi

(Well your asking me?) Said Oliver

"Yeah I'm asking... The file that I have gathered are primary source of course and all of them are depicting that the type of chaos beings that they fought and killed are somewhat already dead even before they defeated them" said Sanaguchi

(Then perhaps your suggesting that it is the culprit doing for this situation? And the same culprit that made a move against the chaos breakers in Grandora city?) Asks Oliver

"Exactly! It's just that it all make sense in some kind of prefect or something... Have the head general said anything to you regarding this topic in hand?" Asks Sanaguchi

(Now that you said it he hasn't... Well you could find out tomorrow after all right?... He should be there with the Queen after all you guys are like the representative for the Grandora's chaos breakers) said Oliver

"Yes your right! We will find it out tomorrow... It just that I hope that what I'm thinking is wrong" said Sanaguchi

(It's never wrong to be cautious Sanaguchi because with caution we could prepare for any kind of assault) said Oliver

"Alright but you better keep up your guard there... Cause we may be never sure you know..." Said Sanaguchi

(You can leave it up to us) said Oliver as he cut the communication

And with that the day ends without happening anything

[Buckingham Palace, England]

As the group arrived at the palace they were immediately mesmerized by the outline and design of the palace, and as they stroll around it they were even more mesmerized

"In all my life... I never thought that I would be able to enter the Buckingham Palace much less to go here" said Sanaguchi

"Oi! Don't you cry now!" Teased Jinwoo

"Alright I need to mind my manners" said Kanzaki reminding himself

"Well I'm pretty sure that you will be just fine" said Jessica

"This place is so beautiful" exclaimed Isabelle

"Look at all those rich stuff and just imagine what kind of food are they eating" said Ai as she wonder this things

As they said this one of the maid called out to them

"Now if you please follow me" said the maid as she led them to where the Queen and Head-General is located at

Meanwhile on the place where the Queen and the Head-General is located at, both person are sitting opposite to each other with the Queen's knights is right behind her

"So you believe that the person who assaulted the chaos breakers in Grandora city and the one responsible for the deaths of multiple users and supporters around the world is now here in England?" Asked Queen Elizabeth III

"I believe so!" Replied Head-General Alex

"Just what is it's motive by causing ruckus in England?" Asked Queen Elizabeth III

"We will discuss about that when everyone is here" said Head-General Alex

As they conversed the maid arrived in the living room of the Queen and announced that the group has arrived

As the gang arrived at the location they felt the pressure of being infront of such high figure in the society so they immediately behaved themselves, as both sides settled in with the Queen and her knights on the other side with the Head-General and the Chaos Breakers on the other side

"Since we're all here... How about some introductions... This here is the polar squad in Grandora city the only team that got close and finishes the chimera that assaulted the city" said Head-General Alex

"Oh my! How rude of me... This here behind me is my knights of the round table a special unit of knights which task is to protect the Queen" said Queen Elizabeth III

As both of the high figures exchange words Kanzaki and the group felt the tension in the air as they tried not to disgrace themselves

"So on to the topic at hand... I want to know what this so called objective of our intruder" said Queen Elizabeth III

"Well base on my assumption the purpose of his coming here is that you majesty has something that the perpetrator wants" said Head-General Alex

"I just wonder what it is" he added as he pretend to ponder it

As the Queen thought of this she immediately opened her eyes in shock

"Don't tell me that he's after that?" Said Queen Elizabeth III

"Exactly!" Assured Head-General Alex

As they reacted to this Sanaguchi became curious

"If I may your majesty but what it is this so called you have that the perpetrator wants?" Asked Sanaguchi

"You dare to speak?!!" Shouted one of the knight

But before the knight could do something the Queen stopped him with a hand

"It's fine! I believe that they can be trusted and looks like your side is ready to cut down the knights if anything happened to the other guy" said the Queen Elizabeth III looking at Kanzaki who's clutching his scabbard ready to charged at the knight

"Stand down!" Ordered Head-General Alex

As he said this Kanzaki backed down

"Such bravery is quite amazing to see especially someone who is ready to dive into danger just to save a person in need... Now that's one of the quality of a knight" said Queen Elizabeth III

"Alright what I'm about to tell you must not leave this room" said the Queen

As they heard this they nodded at the Queen agreeing to he condition

"What we have is something that was passed down to me by the late Queen who ordered me to protect it no matter what" she added

"And what is it I presume?" Asks Head-General Alex

"When I read the information inside of the notebook, I found the method in which it will revive the elites of the chaos beings that where believed were long dead in their world" she said

"Elites?" Asks Head-General Alex confused

"Yes! Elites and when I search for its purpose why mother is protecting it I even thought that she wants to revive them to help fight against the chaos beings but what I found is opposite to my expectations" said Queen Elizabeth III

As the Queen paused all the people on the chaos breakers side listened intently

"The elites is a group of chaos beings which is the best of the best in its world and all of them are an incarnation of destruction itself, the group consist of ten people strong enough to put and end to an entire civilization" she said

"So how do you think the elites will fare if we pitch against it with the strongest chaos beings we currently know?" Asks Head-General Alex

"Are you kidding me? The elites could defeat those things without a sweat! I could even bet to it that it can destroy one chaos breakers headquarters with 1 of them alone without any help from the chaos being" said the Queen

As the Queen said this the gang felt both despair and shock

"Impossible" murmured by Jessica

"So that's how strong they are huh!" Whispered Ryuuji

"Insane 1 of them is enough to destroy one of the chaos breakers headquarters" muttered Kanzaki as he felt the pressure

"There I just no way to stop them I believe... So that's why we mustn't let them take the notebook" said Queen Elizabeth III

As silence envelope the place the Head-General Alex suddenly spoke up

"No I believe otherwise!" He said

Hearing this the Queen become curious of of what Alex plan to counter this

"How can you say so Head-General?" She asks

"That's because we have what the chaos beings wary the most..." He answered

"Wary?.... As in wary! The thing which a being is staying vigilant off because with one Wong move it can eliminate its own being?" Asks the Queen not believing what the Head-General said

"Yes! And we only found it three months ago" he said

"That long? Many things can happen during those times!" Said the Queen

"Yes but first we need to confirm it and with the recent events we have already confirmed it.... This guy has the power unknown to him and us but known to the chaos being so that's why there wary of him" said Head-General Alex as he pointed at Kanzaki

"Eh!" Exclaimed Kanzaki

"That kid?" Exclaimed the Queen

"Yes and to prove it we'll let you watch this recording during the fight with the chimera" said Alex as he handed out the footage of that event

As the Queen saw the footage she become shock by the events happened to it and what transpired during at the end of the battle, when she finished watching it she looked at Kanzaki with both shock and little bit of hope when looking at him

"It can't be! Such a thing! Just what are you?!!!"
