Chapter 32: [Aggressive Battle]

[Sub-Headquarters, Command Room, Grandora City]

After seeing the event that unfolded with the use of satellite view all the people who witnessed it gaped in shock and shiver from fear as they saw this overwhelming power

"No way! It created a pathway through the sea and headed straight for us!"

"Isn't this kind of a cheat? There's no way we can win with that kind of monster in the enemies forces!"

"How is this even possible? This totally out of our own common sense!"

As the people panicked Oliver held his stance while wearing a grim expression, he prepared everything to protect this city which is dwelled by more than a hundred thousand of population and if they fall down here the city which is a prosperous one will fall into ruin

As that monster appeared it felt like a huge amount of could water was poured down to him stating that humanity never had a chance to win in the first place after all

"Sir! What should we do now?" Asked one of his assistant that looked worried

After few minutes of thinking it by himself he took a huge inhale and exhaled it calmly to calm his mind

No matter what kind of enemy we face, we have a duty to protect this city

That is what he thought in his mind right this very instant

"Evacuate the city! Bring all non combat civilians to the underground shelter! Activate all defences! Put some units above the wall and be on standby as I give the order to fire! You... Call the Navy tell them we are in code red also alert the Marines and Airforce! Someone call for reinforcements from other countries!" He ordered by yelling

As the people heated his command they begun to snap out of their daze and moved but many of them still feel a little bit reluctant to follow after all this battle seems a one sided beating

Seeing this Oliver gave his opinion

"Why are you guys Hesitating?" He yelled

"The thing is this battle seems impossible!" Said one of the people

"I know it's impossible!" He replied

Hearing this the crowd looked confused why he said this

"I don't even think that we would win! I even think that we would lose! But let me tell you this.... Are you fine to just give up? Are you going to let those bastards do all they want? You guys have family or relatives here even lovers and are you going to watch them die without doing anything?" Said Oliver

As he said this people begun to look at him

"I don't know about you guys but this isn't about my pride, reputation, and honor... I'm even planned to result to use dirty tactics to win this battle! You people are not even the ones in the frontlines facing those guys but all of you are cowering out right now! You say your afraid? Have you ever think what the people that are about to face them and probably die feel? I think they're much more afraid than you guys are... But even if they're afraid they still resolved themselves to face them and what give them courage? That's because they have something to protect! That's what I call heroes! They're names should be the one engraved in history not some kind of a big shot that has no balls and going around being arrogant and all.... Now show me.... Are you a hero or a worthless arrogant scum?

As they heard this they begun to realize that even if they fail today? They will be known as the people who fought hard until the very end

With resolve and determination in their eyes they begun to move and spread out their information as if they have done this before with such efficiency

Meanwhile a huge group of military unit and users are readying themselves to plunged into a blood bath

Markwin Is a person whom Richard met after the chimera attack and become close too

Even though Markwin is the same enhancer as Jinwoo he uses double guns and stay in long range battle rather than close up battle

As Richard nodded he said

"Oh yeah I already have a name for my suit! And I call it bolt!"

Hearing that Mike an Markwin just gave him a thumbs up while they though that it was completely obvious

At the same time a people are being evacuated to the underground shelter and that includes Alice which is still looking at the wall

After a few moment as ground hardened the fast moving chaos beast started to charge

Seeing this the people on guard started to become tense as the battle started

"Activate the Drone and defensive mechanism!" Ordered Oliver

"Activating" said the controller

As the issue was ordered multiple drones flew out of the base and headed straight to the battle at an incredible speed

When it arrives Oliver shouted the order fire and the drones fired their missiles and bullet at the chaos beast while the huge turrets in the walls started to fire their mechanisms after that

As the bullets was fired rapidly the chaos beast dodged and tried their best to stay alive when charging but unfortunately some few already died cause of nonstop bombardment

But even though they're the lowest rank of their troops they still retain some of their knowledge and they proved it by using the tankier ones Infront to charge while the nimble ones are hiding behind them and are ready to pounce on the drones

As the sound of bullets fly and injure some of the chaos beast, the tougher ones manage to get close and the nimble ones manages to take down some drones

[Sub-Headquarters]

"They're  destroying the drones sir!" Reported one of the controller

"Alright put me on the line with the captain!" Ordered Oliver

As he ordered that the communication team connected him to the Marine captain out in the sea south of Grandora City

[South Sea Of Grandora City]

~Poseidon Ship A.K.A Klien Powered Aircraft Carrier~

As the phone rings one of the sailor handed it to the captain on board

"This is captain Allison what are your orders Head Chief!?" Said the captain

(There's a huge wave of chaos beings attacking the wall so I want you to rain down hell on it! Location 20 degrees NW!) said oliver

"Understood!" Replied the captain

As the call ended the captain begun to maneuver the crew

"Call Battleship 01 prepare to let it rain! On 20 degrees NW with a distance of 1800 kilometers!"

As he ordered that the battleship 01 begun to ready it's explosives

"Captain! Battleship 01 ready to fire!" Said the crew

"Fire!" Ordered the captain

"Firing" said the crew in battleship 01

After that 20 hatches opens up in the battleship and missiles were shot out from their silos

As they spar into the sky they feels like arrow piercing the sky above

As all of the drones got destroyed in the infront an with no more threat infront of the chaos beast army they immediately ran up to get closer to the walls

"1000 kilometers! 800 kilometers! They're getting here so fast!" Shouted one of the supporters

"Don't worry! It's coming!" Said the commanding officer

As the chaos beast got close within 500 kilometers a huge rain of Klien missiles poured down on the charging chaos beast making a scene like a doomsday device just got activated to destroy all matters of life

As the missiles landed multiple huge explosions occured everywhere and so strong that it shakes the ground so hard like an earthquake just occured

The civilians that we're heading straight for shelter were looking at some blinding light beyond the wall but they know that since a huge number of missiles were released that means there is a huge battle happening outside and an intense one too

As the explosions dessapitated it only shows a deserted wasteland with not even a trace of any chaos beast corpse

Seeing it's army got destroyed the huge turtle which the organization named it as Galapagos opens it's mouth and shot out a laser so bright that it illuminates the surroundings

As the laser approaches the Sub-Headquarters activated it's Klien barrier to protect themselves

And when it struck each other a huge explosion and shaking occured

As the light vanishes the technicians reported to Oliver that 50% of the barrier energy was used meaning they can only survives after two hit

Punching the table Oliver growled in fury

"Damn it! Is it that powerful?" He said

But before he could make another decision Galapagos urged the whole army to charge forth and destroy the city completely

Seeing this huge wave Oliver gritted his teeth

"Damn it! Call the Marines tell them to send another rain!" Ordered Oliver

With this the communication followed his orders but the person reported a grave news to Oliver

"Sir! The whole Navy is being under attack! It will have a hard time giving it's cover!"

Hearing this stress suddenly occured within Oliver's mind

"What? Why? The enemy is in the gate not the sea!" Reasoned Oliver

"But sir! They said they are being attacked by water type chaos beast" reported by the person

After receiving this Oliver panicked a little after all the situation is not going exactly as he wanted them to do

"Argh! Hold down the wall!" He said furiously

[Grandora's Walls]

Receiving it's orders the commanding officer laugh a little

"Looks like this is a do or die! There will no cover for us....." He said after that he turned to the defending units

"I received an order to hold down the fort so all of you better get your asses out there and fend the city even if it cost you your life!... And if we ever survive this I'll treat you all to celebrate!" He shouted

Hearing that they begun to cheer while some held their previous memento near their hearts as they realized that in this operation they have a high chance of probability to die

With that said the commanding officer shouted

"Let's bring them hell!"

As he shouted that everyone went into an uproar and move quickly to intercept the enemy

As the units got Into formation they begun to ready to combat the enemy

The defenders composition is this, 600 users are defending the wall with 600 supporters guiding them together with at least 400 military units with them
