As Ryuuji said that, Iris contemplated for a while as she said

"You mean one of those defenders?... . . What was called again?... . . Hmm! Ah! Those Chaos eyes user!!!" Exclaimed Iris after putting a thought on it

"Yeah that"

"Well I did get scouted, but all I want was to live a normal life, doesn't mean that I've changed from a ordinary human into a user doesn't mean that I too should also change my profession!" She reasoned

"Well if you got any more questions please fill me in, but if not then I bid you well since there are other customers too" she stated as she headed to other customers inside the store

When the woman named Iris left, Ryuuji himself started to decided to also leave as he buys few things inside the shop

After that he decided to go straight into a his only research area and that is the locals library

The library in the island however wasn't as grand as the ones in the city, comparing it to the latter was like comparing an ant to a elephant

Cause of it's structure Ryuuji somehow felt that the library was somehow like a mini bookstore

Of course as always like any other days, this library this days was almost as empty as a ghost if not for the presence of its librarian and some old people who wanted to atleast read some good old fashioned books

Unlike the days before the apocalypse wherein people almost liked to go to libraries especially students, whenever the topic of subject research was at Bay, nowadays however was somewhat tragic

Due to the change of knowledge is important, what important during those days was considered the least to the current society, due to the apocalypse only talent and fighting efficiency was the most important asset on the current society

Protection is a must during these days where constant threats from chaos beings lurk inside the lands of the mainland's

Luckily small islands like them were and exemption from this disaster but not always as the chaos being was somehow able to make ways to cross the sea and it's being either mutation or solidification of the sea

This statement was further proven by the previous assault on the Grandora City which was build up as an artificial landing the middle of the sea located south of the continent of both China and partly of the India

As he goes into research he also plans to atleast get an idea on was manifestation is and how it was done, after all this technique was the only thing he could rely on to become stronger for a moment

As he carefully researched about his weapon which was called Ifrit, a voice suddenly erupted from his ear so sweet and ladylike voice that startled him

The afarit are often associated with the underworld and also identified with the spirits of the dead, and have been compared to evil geniī loci in European culture."

When he turned around he apparently saw Iris who was grinning at him from ear to ear

"Heya! We meet again!" Exclaimed Iris

"It's you"

"What do you mean it's me?" She complained

"It's you, you! The woman I talk just about few hours ago or so it was" contemplated Ryuuji

"It is me! Your somehow weird today"

"Is it really?"

As they talked however a knock over the window erupted that disrupted his concentration, causing both he and the woman to look straight back outside the window which shows a group of girls grinning at Iris from ear to ear

"Hey Iris! I thought you entered the library to study but little did I know that you somehow put an effort to sneak behind him just to talk to him, are you perhaps hitting on him?" Teased one of her friends

"Hey is he your boyfriend? He's somehow cute" asked the other

"Hey look this guy's hair is much longer than mine and much smoother, just how did he did that!!!" Exclaimed the other

"Well from afar you would mistake him from a woman due to his long hair, but if you look closer you would see that he is man after all" said the last one

All in all four of Iris friend were teasing their friend for taking the initiative to talk to the guy

After they somehow quarrel and giggle for a moment, they somehow invited Ryuuji to have a drink with them at a nearby cafe

"Are you going to pay for me?" Asked Ryuuji in an attempt to drive the away

"If that's what you want then sure" said Iris

Following that Ryuuji has no choice as his act of pushing away was backfired at him, causing him to follow the group of five girls to a cafe

When they arrived however not one bit of jealousy that should be the trope for a guy accompanied by five girls arises, mainly for the reason that he is also somehow looks like a woman from afar

As they picked their places the others started to order what they want while also ordering for Ryuuji himself

After that they started to inquire about Ryuuji's background and was soon shocked to know that he was part of the organization group that protects the citizens "Chaos Breakers"

For all they know the people that are chaos eye user were like another type of celebrity during these days

As all people post so much importance on this current profession, many more soon admired them, but as always not all people can become a user, mainly of the main requirement was to have a Chaos eyes

Everyone knows that the only way a person can have a chaos eyes was by getting injured by a chaos beings and having it's fresh blood mix with your DNA causing mutation that now branched as Chaos eyes user

The unique trait of such people was that the color of their eyes always change from it's normal color into its ability color representation

As such when Ryuuji entered combat mode, his eyes would turned into glowing red

After explaining his predicament to Iris, the latter however nodded as if she understood everything he has said

"I see... . . Manifestation is it? I have also hear of it and have seen it already"

"You did?" Asks Ryuuji in surprise

"Of course! There are many veterans and professionals that comes here to have a vacation" she stated

"Is that so?"

"Yes! And based on what you told me is that your weapon is called Ifrit right? A some kind of fire spirit demon? Well nonetheless mine is called fire sprite, another type of fire spirit in the legends" she said as she showed her weapon which at close glance looks like an ordinary glove

"What use do these have? Are you going to punch the daylights of your enemy?" Asked Ryuuji as if being sarcastic

"Huh? No! This thing helps me to control fire, like a fire bending sort of stuff like from that one particular kids show called avatar or something" retorted Iris

"I see... . . That means your somewhat a manipulation type combatant, I thought you rejected working as a Chaos Breaker? Then why do you have a weapon that is clearly forged by its own blacksmiths?" Asked Ryuuji as he noticed the gloves intricate design

"Well I do have to protect myself, and doesn't mean that I didn't choose to become a breaker doesn't mean I can't have weapons! I apparently voiced out my concern and in the end I was given another option of being a third party!!! In here my strength will only be used if it is needed" she said

"I didn't know that there were a third option"

"That's because you never asked, and I myself know a bit or two about spirit or weapon manifestation myself" she stated as if she was proud of it

This in turn caused Ryuuji to take her seriously as he asked

"You do?"

"Of course I do! I'm the best of being a third party and learning a one or two from professionals" she said with pure proudness

"Then can you teach me?" Asked Ryuuji

"Sure! But here's a goal question for you"

With that Ryuuji pulled his chair closer as he intricately listened to her

"Why do you think the organization named your weapon that way similar to a myth creature?"
