As he pondered that the food that they ordered were brought into their table that made all the five girls cheered in unison as they started to drink and eat

"Don't tell me... . ."

"Hmm... . . Oh yes, if your wondering about that then I have to break it to you, they named your weapon like that for a reason" said Iris as she take a full spoon of rice into her mouth

"If what you speculated or told me is true, then doesn't that mean such mythic creatures exist? If that was the case then how come such mythic creatures exist when we live in a world dominated by technology?" Asked Ryuuji

"Umu... . . If your one of the higher ups of the organization then I'm sure that you'll notice some hidden secret the world has" she said as she took a sip from her drink

"Secret?"

"Yes! Secret... . . But since the organization was planning to divulge such information to the populace in the first place, then I won't be breaking any rules when I tell you about it" she pointed out

"Rules? Secret? The organization never told us about that"

"That's because it's one of the top secret"

After a few silence Iris somehow giggled at how Ryuuji was taking this seriously causing him not to even once touch his food

"Why do you think the world has a Mana? Are we really dominated purely by just technology? Or are we more fantasy like no other? Why do these creatures that exist in a myth can ever affect us? This is the questions that you will probed when trying to learn a huge secret... . . Since this particular top secret was already changing the world, then it wouldn't hurt if the organization reveal it to the populace not too long from now" stated Iris

After that she stared silently at Ryuuji as she putted a stern gaze

"Tell me Ryuuji... . .do you believe in God's?" She asked

"Gods? Well yeah! Since these creatures exist then it wouldn't hurt to know that God exist" he answered

"Great! I believe that we also have a God that is overseeing us, but I believe that this particular god isn't someone all mighty like depicted from this religious people, in fact I believe this God is more like an overseer an observer and he/she is here to prepare us for something greater" she said

"Greater? What? Greater than having the whole apocalyptic world fall down on mankind? What else could harm us?" Shrugged Ryuuji

"Pure Extinction"

At that answer the whole table turned silent while the other four friends of Iris were intently listening to them as they felt that the story was somewhat interesting

"Many worlds are connected by some kind of force and the place were Chaos Beings came from is another part of the another world... . .and the only connection one has in order to achieve full connection to other worlds is the world tree itself" she said

"In folklore world tree was depicted as the biggest tree in the planet... . .and why is that? Because this serve as a gateway to other worlds that has a similar world tree, the organization even believe that the world tree that this world has was connected to millions of millions of world's out there and most of them are world's where Mana has dominated the very nature itself... . .in other words they acquire specific materials for our weapon through this other world's materials" added Iris

"So your saying that the material that was used to create my weapon came from a real living Ifrit in another world?" Asked Ryuuji

"Mostly but I prefer to think it just a small part of its core, like one creature one core, and that is the reason why weapons have unique names and there is no copy weapon" said Iris

"....."

"If that was the case, then perhaps the weapon has a consciousness of its own right? So meaning the weapon can fully exhibit it's potential by tapping into its consciousness and the only people that can do that are the Chaos breakers that have their DNA reconstructed to be able to tap to them" said Iris

"So I can achieve that through what? meditation?" Asked Ryuuji

"That's one choice that you could try"

"Hmm... . . Interesting"

"I know right?"

After that Iris once again continued to eat her fill as she waited for Ryuuji to response

"If that's the case then I have to go face to face with this fire Demon spirit... . . Good thing that this was easy" he deducted

"Easy? How come" asked Iris as she clearly know that doing this needs a lot of effort

"Well my companions have a more troublesome core" he said

"How troublesome?"

"A dimensional dragon troublesome... . . His is a weapon called Fafnir"

Upon hearing that the spoon unintentionally fell to the plate, while Iris was left gaping I'm shock

Seeing this made Ryuuji feel a sense of accomplishment as he smirked from her shocked expression

"Surprised?" He asked

In reply to this Iris steadily held his shaking hand as she replied

"Yeah! Of course I would stay calm... . .such dragon in the legend that is capable to destroy mankind was actually being used like that... . . One wrong move and we could all die without knowing why, of course I would stay calm" she stated as she tried to calm herself

"Your actions contradict your sentence" commented Ryuuji

"Is that so? Ehehehehehehe"

"Don't worry I believe he can overcome this" said Ryuuji as he finally took a sip from his own drink

After that day of something else, Ryuuji once again returned to the training ground by at night to isolate himself and started to ponder how to tap into his weapons consciousness

As he summoned his weapon out he tried the very first thing on tapping into its consciousness as he focused more solely than before

As he maintained his concentration to highest degree, Greg on the other side was watching him from afar while also instructing James to isolate the place for the night

When he was observing him he couldn't help but remember the days when both him and Alex were really eager to become stronger in the past

"Looks like this new generation will surpass us" he said as he gave off a smirk

By fully immersing himself into his own consciousness, Ryuuji somehow felt like he is finally probing into the consciousness of his weapon

The first feeling that he felt was a warm air current, but soon as he goes deeper this warm current was slowly but surely was getting hotter as if he was approaching something like a core

When he opened his eyes he saw that somehow he was in the middle of a burning sea of flames

From near and afar all he could see was a torrent of sea of flames, it's like he himself was pulled down to hell due to the temperature

"Is this... . .the consciousness of my weapon?"

As he asked this he deduced that in order to answer his own question, he'll have to go deeper into his Weapon's consciousness

Without further ado he pushed himself off as he goes deeper and as the temperature goes hotter

After few minutes have passed his surroundings was so hot that it was comparable to being bath by the flames of the sun, since it was only his consciousness was present here, then he wouldn't burn to death at all, but the heat was still really troublesome for him for he can't tolerate it at all

As he was pondering on what to do, he suddenly felt a tap from his shoulder causing a huge torrent of pressure to fall down upon him, and this particular pressure was so strong that even the chain user was by no means seemed like an ant

When he turned around he was shocked to see that he was now faced with a humanoid fire demon up close

"Ifrit?" He asked

"Hello bastard owner" replied Ifrit
