After that other country leaders interjected in

"This incident is not only a huge loss for your own country, it also affect how humans will live for now on" said the Chinese president

"Atleast tell us what type of subject was taken" said by the Korean president

"No! The more important is... . . Was this so called subject dangerous?" Asked by the Philippine president

At that the American president slowly apologized for the incident this time around and told them the details

"We Are planning to conduct a counter offensive, but even if we did that, we won't be sure if we can catch him" said by the American president

"Are you saying that the culprit is uncatchable? That even a whole power of one nation is not enough?" Asked by the Japanese president

"You should remember that the present wasn't like the past anymore, even though we can call ourselves the nation or country leaders, our own land and home has been decreased to just mere hiding behind the walls of certain checkpoint city... . ." Answered by the American president

"The land that was destructed due to the catastrophe 10 years ago ranges far and wide and the current population of the Human's capable of surviving outside is quite few, due to the war our manpower has greatly decreased over the years... . . Year after year people die due to the attacks of our common enemy... . . So tell me how will I not be confident to claim that a whole nation's power is not enough? I think what your implying is just utter stupidity! Times have changed, so is our situation... . . Due to the American president answer that for some reason felt like a short speech, the whole room suddenly quietened down

"I'm so sorry about that" apologized by the Japanese president

"No worries, it's just that I've been stressed out lately" replied by the American president

"Don't worry! All of us here are like you, but just as you say... . .we all have our own problems, so we are also truly stressed out" said by the Philippine president

"So can we move on? I would like to discuss on how we will deal such situation rather than seeing different national leaders pointing blames on another person" interjected in by Head General Alex

Hearing that all of the leaders begin to turn their look at the head General as they expect see actions to be taken

"Once again the one that caused the current incident was a user outside of our own laws A.K.A undead, same person who killed most of the users that are either inside the city walls or outside of the walls, for some reason he can freely go in and out of our walls, which leads us to the current question How?"

Upon hearing the name of the culprit, all of the Nation leaders begin to rub their foreheads as they continouesly sigh in dejection upon hearing the same person that is currently giving them problems

But before anything else Head General Alex sent them individual files as he continued his report

"The one inside those folder is the person that the culprit have taken, and by just looking at her abilities, it's no wonder why that serial killer took her"

"Hmm... Name Claire... . . A kid? What's a kid doing inside a research facility?... . . Ability to control life and death attribute!!! Oi! This kid is dangerous... . . "

"What's going on here?"

"Can you explain how such human was still alive?"

"You guys are playing with this type of power... . . Aren't you guys afraid that such powers might be turned against you?!?!"

After reading the file various comments came in from different directions all questioning the American president who allowed such projects to be conducted

But luckily Head General Alex cuts in immediately as he said

"The kid is a user, an important asset for our organization, if you country leaders ever dare to lay your hand on a user, then be ready for the consequences... . . You should always remember the people that kept you safe, cause if you don't and overruled your authority then there's hell to pay"

With that threat all the nation leaders shuts their own mouth while some gritted their teeth

"Due to this Incident I'm planning to conduct an all out assault on such culprit from all direction, meaning I'll mobilize everyone who can survive outside the city walls"

Hearing that some of the nation leaders begin to complain

"If you do that then our country will become defenseless"

"How can we cope if a sudden attack came in while you guys are outside?"

"Please think this carefully"

With those words Head General Alex begun to reply to their words

"I'm pretty sure that you guys can survive even without the user help, I'll only mobilize users not soldiers so you don't have to worry about the loss of defense... . . As for thinning out your defences, I can only say is that you deal with it! If we need to solve something then we should give it our all, or are you suggesting that I send ordinary people outside for a search?"

Once again the whole room quietened down

"With that once preparations are completed I will use my highest authorization to make every user go look high and low for the culprit, we need to end this or else it will just keep repeating itself"

"Does anyone have an objection? If you could provide a better solution then I'm all ears... . . Come on don't be shy"

Due to that argument, it left no say for the other countries to go against the organization
