Chapter 63: [Assigned Mission]

Inside his office together with his secretary or assistant, Head General Alex begun pondering about the request of immediate action from different president's due to the sudden threat of one terrorist

Due to Codename Undead doings the whole situation suddenly became much more complicated even for him

This time all he need to do was to locate the suspect and retrieve what was taken

In order to sort things out, he requested for the files and information to be handed out to him directly by the institute and and nothing will be left unturned

Through this he learned about the existence of one user that hasn't been registered to the organization and has been kept in the shadows that not even them would be able to find out

After learning of this, Head General Alex begun to doubt the actions and allegations of the institute, since this projects involves a life of a certain person, not to mention a child's life, this became a focal point for him to thoroughly investigate other institutes who dares makes a move behind his back

"What do you thin no of this?" Asked Head General Alex

Hearing this his secretary boldly walked over and looked into the files and records of the said institute in California

"What can I say? All I can say is that the institute seemed to have kept this existence away from us for quite awhile, we don't even know if such situation is also the same for the other institutes" said by his secretary who was also his advisor and confidant

"I agree it's like we're already preoccupied just to survive and yet this happens? Instead of giving us relief and helping us, I feel like they are just burdening us" complained head General Alex

"Well we can't do a thing about it now... . . We can't even voice out any complain or what not to them without having an international issue" said the secretary

"I know! That's what's worrying me, I feel like I have a leash tied around me and they are the one who controlling us" said Head General Alex

"So the ones we protect are the ones that seemed suspicious since they're moving behind our backs? Such audicity" grumbled by the secretary

"I know... . . Well putting that aside, I remember to have told you to form a team to do a thorough check on everything about that institute in California with nothing left unturned, so what did you find?" Asked Head General Alex

"Well I did find some Interesting stuff that seemed not has reported to us by the institute themselves" Said by the secretary

"I knew it! Alright let's focus on this task, we can think of how we handle the institutes right after this"

"Understood!"

After that the secretary arragned it's posture as it reported

"Following which we found out about that this child called Claire (A.K.A Life and Death), has somewhat been in the institute for almost a year... . . By the fresh age of 8 yrs old we can say that she was taken in by the institute by the time she turned 7"

"What's more disturbing was that since the the institutes never really told anything about this to us... . . Well carrying on they also seemed to have taken this chance to do a thorough experimentation on the genes of the child via blood letting, skin shedding, saliva testing, power testing, output, magnitude and so on"

"Well this is troubling"

"Sure is in fact it is so troubling that such actions were do cruel and yet we have no idea of what's happening, we shouldn't of atleast have learned this one way or another" complained by the secretary

"Your right! Then the only reason that this was kept in the dark are some few key point factors namely: 1.) There are some officials below me who handles such information must have decided to keep this from me to further hide such inhumane actions 2.) The president that should know it all must have hidden this information to us thus causing us to be ignorant of such matter 3.) Since this was the case and by observing how the president of America seemed to be apologizing to other countries, we could deduct that the other country leaders must have know this for quite awhile or either this part was kept a secret for us which was formulated by all the leaders of the country, for the reason that they too are doing the same on their land, and by some chance the America me must have slip that out and given the chance for us to learn about it, that's why he's apologizing" deduct d Head General Alex

"Yes! Evrything you've said might be the case"

But just as the secretary said this, head General Alex raised his fourth finger and said

"4.) everything that I have said up until this point must have been done by everyone that is involved in this incident 5.) There's a planted spy in this organization that have contact on them to observe my every action" added Head General Alex

"!!!"

"But I won't deduct anything about this and all since I have no evidence and such, but if I found out that there's is a spy... . .then don't blame me to make a move and personally destroy a country myself" bellowed Head General Alex

"U... Understood"

After that Head General Alex begun breathing out in relief as he looked over the files and said his piece

"Well anyway, I think I have the his of it, but first send some team to look for any trace outside the California walls also form a team to head over China"

"China why? Why China?"

"Well my instincts are telling me that China is where our little friend is hiding, I just want to confirm this"

"Is that so?"

"No I'm sure of it and my instincts never fails me at all not even once"

"That's quite a confidence"

"Confidence is needed for every leader that is leading a huge organization, confidence is needed to assure everything that he controls that everything will be okay, confidence is needed so that one person could say that we can do it thus raising not only his morale but also the morale of other people, all in all I think confidence is a major factor that can make an organization undeniably competent and reliable... . . Don't you agree?" Asked Head General Alex"

"I think I got the gist of it... . . But you do.like to give a long speech whenever you have a chance to speak" said by the secretary

"Well I'm the type of person who goes like saying what I think out loud"

"I see"

When the secretary thought it was over, Head General Alex suddenly thought about something and called out

" I think we've got a perfect guy for this mission in China and I thought no you are quite acquaintaned with the guy after all he's also the one who's bold enough to walk up to me and give me a one hell of a good wake up punch" said Head General Alex as he smile at the secretary

"No way! Are you sure? He's retired right?"

"Doesn't change the fact that he's an asset that we can't loose and a reliable at that... . . Well anyway call Greg, he should be in Hawaii doing his stuff and all, also prepare a trap so that he'll take a bait... . . Let's say incentives trap after all that guy loves money so that he can laze around"

"Understood! But I'm pretty sure he's handling someone from the city and is currently training him"

"If that's the case then let the guy join too, after all it will be a quite of an experience"

"Understood!"
