Chapter 87: [Search Mission II]

[Philippines Sub-Headquarters]

After the talk was done through, everyone then went on their way as they expect every vicinity

As they did that Richard together with Mike and Ryuuji planned to meet up with Greg and talked about their wide area search plan and try to get some approval for such operation

While that happened the girls then separated with the rest and planned to spend the rest of their day together with each other, of course due to that both Jinwoo and Kanzaki were then left behind in the hallway

Noticing the awkward stance Jinwoo then asked

"So... what do you want to do?"

"I don't know... I don't even know what to do for the next couple of hours" replied Kanzaki as he then stretched his body

Hearing this Jinwoo then came up with an idea after some thought

"I know! How about we take a strode around this big fella once more and familiarize ourselves, on the way we could even talk somethings out" suggested Jinwoo as he placed his arm above Kanzaki's shoulder

"Talk about some stuff? Like what specifically?" Asked Kanzaki as he seemed interested about that leeway idea

"Well... I don't know, but maybe we can think of a topic to talk if we strode around right?"

"Right"

As that suggestion was implemented both Jinwoo and Kanzaki then started taking a stroll around the huge Sub-Headquarters

Afyer taking some sight off of them they then encountered some facility for leisure in the area

Such leisure area were divided into parts such as the casino, arcade game hall, open outdoor sport arena, indoor swimming, and even the huge park that was specifically made for the members

Seeing this and comparing it to the dull Sub-Headquarters they had back in Grandora, they couldn't help but ponder why such things were made

"This Filipino's are really creative in designing such architecture, can you imagine this wide area for leisure environment? Totally out of the box idea" praised Jinwoo

"Sure thing... but I think this is in order for its members to atleast take some time off inside their base, to get rid of fatigue, stress, or probably boredom" guessed Kanzaki

Hearing that Jinwoo then raised an eye as he glanced around

"Boredom... speaking of boredom, does this country ever recieve any mission or attacks from those monsters outside the wall?"

Noticing that Kanzaki then glanced around and saw no activity for such emergency

"Now that you pointed that out, it may really because such operation is quite seldom... for such cases I think... maybe its not frequent" said Kanzaki as he took a guess once more at the current situation

"You know what?!?! Its better to just look for its activity history,  rather than taking a guess"

"Look into them? And where do you think we could look? The library?" Asked Kanzaki

At that Jinwoo then said

"Nah! But we can ask about their historian, its much easier to ask than just blindly search"

With that suggestion they then went towards the library inner section

[Library Area]

After entering both Kanzaki and Jinwoo then headed straight towards the inner section wherein the historian who was assigned to take care of every activity of the organization happened inside the Philippines territory

Of course after some while of dizzying routes that they had taken, they then found the male historian who had a slightly brownish hair, with freckles of its cheeks, and wears a rounded eyeglasses, who was in charge of every past activity

After awhile they then kindly asked about the past activities of the organization

"You wanted to know the past activities of this organization in its territory? And why would you be interested in something like that?" Asked by the historian as he leaned by his chair after some while of asking

"Well were just curious about this place activities" said Jinwoo

"Also we noticed that there are many leisure areas here, I presume that all of those are just for some sake reason of entertaining its members" concluded Kanzaki

Hearing that the historian pushed his glasses up as he said

"Well your conclusion is correct at most"

"!!!"

Following that the historian then cozied up his seat as he continued

"Well its not like we built that for just that reason... but its more like to gain better control of our members, especially since we mainly protect the lives of the citizens from those what you call chaos beings..."

"....."

"Of course those activities are stress reliever types of leisure, but we needed to do so to keep them in tact, after all this countries seldom had very wide emergency activities unlike other places, and with almost no wide activities mostly by a year, naturally the funds wasted in this place would be for nothing, thus to avoid that we would naturally just spend it mostly on renovations of our facility causing it to be this huge"

"....."

"You can see the number of times we deployed a large scale activity over the span of 5 years in this file, but I assure you it is countable by a humans fingers... mostly 5 to 6 activities"

[Guest room]

After hearing that both Kanzaki and Jinwoo then returned to their assigned guest room as they scanned the file

"The activity in this country really are countable" excited Jinwoo

"You said it" replied Kanzaki

As they talked about such topic a sudden change yhem occurred as the rest of the girls finally came back from their trip

Upon seeing that both Jinwoo and kanzaki were busy reading some documents, they then lowered their voice as a show of respect

At that moment Ryuujin followed by Richard and Mike came into the room with some news about the request they had gotten from the higher ups of this country

Upon arriving they then announced

"Guess what guys! The higher ups approved of our operation, in fact not only were they happy but they also suggested to aid our search by completely mobilizing every users and personnel they got"

Hearing this from Richard himself, the others then became amazed of his achievement while both Jinwoo and Kanzaki then looked at each other before laughing at this kind of situation

"Hehehe... figures..."

"I knew it.... hahaha..."
