Chapter 97: [Codename Undead III]

Faced in between both Kanzaki and Ryuuji, the international criminal Argie A.K.A undead then tightly grasp unto his chains wrapped around his hands as he gritted his teeth

With a slight twitch he then swung some chains towards Ryuuji, thus forcing the latter to immediately take on a defensive stance by placing his Huge sword(Ifrit) flat infront of himself

Coupled with a speed and momentum coiled around to serve as a power force for its chains, a huge impactful force then spreads out as soon as Argie's chains collided agaisnt Ryuuji's sword

When he was pre-occupied with Ryuuji alone, Kanzaki om the other hand took this opportunity as he lay down his long sword (Fafnir) and charged towards his prey

As he gathered mana unto the tip of his sword, black flames then erupted out everywhere as he slowly gains speed with every step

Raising his sword (Fafnir) up into the air he then swung it down in full force towards Argie

Noticing his arrival Argie then coiled the chains around his left arm as he strengthen it with his own mana and used it to block Kanzaki's attack

Surprised by that Kanzaki couldn't even believe that Argie's chains was able to block his attack and much less resist the heat of the black flames

But not giving him anay more time to think Argie then coiled his chains around his right arm and struck out a punch towards Kanzaki's guts

In that split moment Kanzaki's foresight once more activated as he saw himself getting punched through by Argie's attack, with that another grim future he then shifted his hold unto his sword (Fafnir) and let it slide agaisnt his opponents metal chains, thus creating a crisp sound of grinding metal

By doing that he then easily shifted the force of his strike and used it to intercept Argie's right straight punch

As expected since Argie had his right arm coiled up in chains, a crisp sound of metal colliding agaidnt each other rung out as soon Kanzaki shifted his force towards it

But with that he had successfully manage to divert the trajectory of Argie's punch while also having himself thrown away to the side cause of the force

After stumbling down to the side Kanzaki then slowly glanced towards Argie and saw Ryuuji stepping in as he slowly swung his sword (Ifrit) sideways

"Dont forget about me"

By taking a heavy step forward Ryuuji then swung it sideways as he aimed for Argie's neck, but the moment his attack was about to connect Argie then immediately pulled a quick save as he raised his right arm and directly hitting the side of his sword upwards

"I never forget" bellowed Argie as he out up a grin

Following that he then struck out his chain coiled left arm as he struck Ryuuji's guts

Seeing his move Ryuuji then concentrated his mana unto his guts to form a barrier on it

In one strike Ryuuji then got blasted away as he crashed against the trees

At this moment he was clearly dumbfounded by the strength that Argie had manifested before him, which then left him in shock

"I remember you... I clearly remember you, how could I forget? Your the guy who obstructed me back in London right? Who knew that you would chase me all over the world ever since I beat you up in our previous encounter... does your grudge knows no bound?" Said Argie

Hearing that Ryuuji then slowly tried getting back up on his feet, but the moment when he tried to stand up, the pain from Argie's strike attacked him once more as he quickly fell down on one knee

"You..." bellowed Ryuuji

"Does the pain from my strike still sore you? Well I figured out that much" said Argie

At this moment both Ryuuji and Kanzaki was confused on where he got his strength

Seeing their confused expression, Argie then proudly said

"Surprised? Well your not the only one who improve in time, its only normal for me to improve too right? Now let me show you"

In that moment after seeing that both Kanzaki and Ryuuji wouldn't let him go till his dead, Argie then decided to kill both of them to remove any obstacles

With that he then started coiling his whole body with chains as he formed an armofied chain armor

Following that not only did his defenses rose to an incredible degree, even his attack power also rise, alongside as he armofied his own chains which enhances his muscles to a certain degree

After that he then took a single step as he suddenly spoke up while revealing a single small syringe in his hand, which he took out from his pocket

"You know... you lot really are annoying, I haven't finished any of my research yet here you are trying to hunt me and kill me down"

"While you guys aim to take ny head, those people from the reapers never really took me seriously... I mean its like they're hiding something from me, so I took something from them to find out what they are hiding... and wow I found out something big" added Argie

Hearing that Kanzaki then remembered the mysterious group of people who assaulted Jinwoo back in China

"In the end cause of what I stole from them, the reapers on the other hand started targeting me down, but who cares? I've decided to leave their group and move on my own"

"In fact the reapers killed countless users and supporters on patrol and on a mission, but since my name outshines them, they then stayed hidden from the society till now... they're stronger, better, and more skillful in terms of combat than I am"

"But ever since leaving them, I need strength to go up against them and that's why I raised up an army of chaotic beast from their corpses I collected all over the world and yet all of them are destroyed... this monster rampage that is happening now... is my last batch of corpses"

"But thankfully i found the girl child in California who has an ability governing over life and death, such power and ability completely synchronizes with my undead skills"

Afterwards he then turned over towards Ryuuji before stating

"Your wondering what am I doing with the child? Well I'll give you a straight answer... for my experiments... in fact not only her ability even every single cell she has can either kill of give life to a person, through that i came up with another type of research and conducted it with her blood, upon that experiment I conducted I created this liquid inside this small syringe"

"This contains the mix blood of 10 Chaos Knights, 10 Chaos beast, 10 Chaos titans, and 10 Chaos mutants... adding to it with the blood from that child, this could very well change the very person I am and completely rewriting my DNA and biology"

"Upon consumption i could have maximum awareness, strength, speed, concentration and many other aspects that will make me inhumane, with this I can atleast defend myself against the reapers and put up a fight against the elites"

"All those power inside this small syringe... after I'm done with you lot, I can mass produce this to create an army similar to myself, by then no one can stop me... not the reapers, not the elites, not the organization, especially not you lot"

"For my future... please die"

After stating all that Argie then opened up a part of his body without chain armor, as he plunged the syringe on it and injected all the liquid inside his body

Soon after he did that he then started howling in pain as he could feel the change happening inside of him

They could even hear his bones breaking apart and flesh rearranging themselves to form his new body

His tissues then started to tear up, his voice started to change, his very nature became something alien to them

Not soon after about a few minutes his transformation ended as he glared towards both Kanzaki and Ryuuji with his body fully fitted towards his new species

With a smile he then showed out his razor white teeth as he started laughing hysterically
